AJMS Bihar follows a community-oriented approach to planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of development initiatives.

AJMS Bihar operates as a development initiative associated with Anand Jivan Foundation Trust. Organizational and legal responsibilities remain with the appropriate governing body of the Trust, while AJMS Bihar provides a platform for programs, projects and community engagement.
